Cancellation Policy

The Northwood Clinic is a private facility owned by The Zinovae Foundation. Use of the space is granted under the following conditions. By booking, the renter and all participants agree to comply fully. Liability The Zinovae Foundation, its staff, and affiliates assume no liability for injury, loss, or damage of any kind. All use is at the renter’s own risk. The renter agrees to hold harmless and indemnify The Zinovae Foundation from any claims or expenses arising from use of the facility. Property Responsibility The renter is responsible for all guests and any damage or loss that occurs during their booking. Any repair or replacement costs must be paid in full upon notice. Facility Access Use of the basement restroom is allowed. No guest may access private home areas. Unauthorized entry will result in immediate removal and no refund. Conduct Unsafe, alarming, or unauthorized behavior is strictly prohibited. The Zinovae Foundation reserves the right to revoke access immediately without refund if policies are violated. Photography and Media By using the facility, the renter and all guests grant full consent for photography, video, and media use by The Zinovae Foundation for promotional purposes. This consent is permanent and cannot be withdrawn. Booking and Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking. Dates will not be held without payment. Cancellations and Refunds • 100% refund if canceled at least 6 months in advance • 50% refund if canceled at least 3 months in advance • 0% refund if canceled under 3 months • No-shows automatically forfeit all payments Cleanliness The facility must be left clean and orderly. Additional fees will apply for excessive mess or damage. Legal Compliance All renters must comply with local, state, and federal laws. Any illegal activity will terminate access and forfeit all fees. Agreement By booking and paying, the renter confirms they have read, understood, and agree to all terms of The Northwood Clinic Facility Use Policy.
